Twist Of Tradition: Delicious Twist On Traditional Pineapple Tarts!

I don't know about you, but pineapple tarts/balls definitely belong to the top tier of all Chinese New Year goodies. Recently, we've had the honour of trying Twist Of Tradition's newest product: Parmesan Pineapple Pops!

This new home bakery started off in 2020, selling traditional kuehs such as Ondeh-Ondeh(which are delicious by the way) and Seri Muka(glutinous rice confectionary infused with pandan, coconut milk, and blue pea flowers)! This festive season, they have decided to grace our tummies with their pineapple pops!

According to their representative, the owner herself has been making these delicious pineapple pops for years! Highly-acclaimed by family and friends, she decided to include as part of their menu!

First of all, look at the colours of these pineapple pops: each pop is baked till golden, with parmesan cheese powder sprinkled on top. The outer tart layer boasts a crumbly texture with buttery & cheesy taste, then it tops it all off with a sweet and pleasant pineapple paste centre, leaving me craving for more. I kid you not when I say that I singlehandedly finished one tub of 18 pops within the day!

Their Parmesan Pineapple Pop comes in 2 different sizes:

𝗧𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 (𝟭𝟴𝗽𝗰𝘀) - $𝟭𝟱.𝟴𝟬

𝗧𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝟮𝟴𝗽𝗰𝘀) - $𝟮𝟭.𝟴𝟬

(PSST...... keep a lookout for their upcoming giveaway... soon!)
